Paramoor Winery is a boutique winery nestled amongst native bushland high in the Macedon Ranges, only an hour from Melbourne. Once a working Clydesdale horse farm, the original heritage barn accommodates the cellar door and it’s in this rustic environment that the Paramoor wines are showcased. nd international standard. The region’s cool climate is ideal for the riesling, pinot gris and pinot noir grapes they have planted. The range of wines include riesling, pinot gris, pinot noir, rose, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz/cabernet sauvignon.

This gorgeous piece is called ‘Into the Wild’, a striking oil-on-canvas painting by talented local artist Natalie Waters.

Following Natalie’s very successful exhibition at The Shedshaker Brewing Taproom in Castlemaine, ‘Into the Wild’ is now hanging in the Barn at Paramoor, alongside a small selection of her other beautiful works.

Come by during September to experience these stunning pieces in person.

Our Winter Feast 2026 menu for The Barn Table at Paramoor has been curated by fed Catering — Spanish-inspired, generous and designed for sharing.

Expect gazpacho, marinated olives, Manchego with jamón and quince, pan con tomate, gambas al ajillo, potato tortilla, Spanish white bean and chorizo stew, patatas bravas, octopus, churros and Spanish crème caramel.

From weddings and celebrations to w**e tastings by the fire, no two days are the same at Paramoor. If you enjoy meeting people, working as part of a great team and being surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills and country charm, we'd love to hear from you.

Bookings are now open for The Barn Table at Paramoor: Winter Feast 2026.

Join us this August for a Spanish-inspired cellar door lunch celebrating shared food, estate w**e and warm winter hospitality in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.

Curated by fed Catering, this relaxed afternoon will feature five shared tapas-style courses, live music, open fires and Paramoor w**es.

Choose from two ticket options:

Cellar Door Lunch - Five-course Spanish-inspired shared lunch; or
Paired W**e Experience — Five-course shared lunch, sparkling w**e on arrival and five matched 90ml Paramoor w**e pours.

Guests will be able to purchase beverages separately throughout the afternoon, including w**es, b**r, c***r and non-alcoholic options from the bar.

Return transport will also be available from Woodend and Kyneton train stations, so you can settle in and enjoy the afternoon.

On this ANZAC Day (Saturday 25 April 2026), we’ll be open for bottle sales only from 1pm - 5pm as we take time to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all who have served.

We are also proudly supporting Car Ram’s Variety Bash Fundraiser in the evening.

We’re looking forward to an incredible evening filled with delicious eats from Made a Napoli and of course dancing and great vibes thanks to Juliarna and James Clarke and Retro DJ Event Entertainment
