NEW RELEASE 🍷 We are excited to introduce the 2025 Reserve Três Varas - the flagship release of our brand-new Reserve range!

Meaning “three staffs” or “pillars,” this name celebrates the synergy of Shiraz, Touriga, and Durif. This blend began as an exclusive release for our Left Field Club members in 2019, and after taking home a Gold Medal and two Trophies at the Perth Hills W**e Show, we knew we were onto something a bit special. For this Reserve release, we’ve elevated every step of the process by hand-selecting each parcel of fruit, using the finest press fractions, and ageing in premium Minnesota American Oak puncheons. The result is a bold, but beautifully balanced, complex w**e; expect lifted aromas of cherry cola, dark mulberry and warm cardamom, with a vibrant palate of bright blackcurrant, subtle spice, and a long, dusty finish.

It's on the tasting bench this weekend - and we can't wait for you to try it! 😍

Have you noticed the hills starting to change? That's because we're moving towards Kambarang - the "Season of Birth".

Spanning October and November, the incoming warming weather signals to the grapevine canopies to start growing rapidly, and from these small budbursts the vines will move on to flowering 🌿

It's also the perfect weather for finding a relaxed spot on our verandah to take in the crisp, clean air and the sweeping views as the vineyard turns green and the valley blossoms 🌸 Enjoy a glass of our crisp Vermentino, or a juicy GSM, and bring along your own cheeseboard to linger a little longer 🧀

The MyattsField Tête à Tête à Trois W**e Challenge is back! 🍾🔥 Which of our w**emakers will take out this year's crown?

Find out as Josh, Rachael, and Josh go head-to-head in two interactive, blind-tasting masterclasses hosted inside the MyattsField w**ery! For this year's Tête à Tête à Trois challenge, we took Chenin Blanc from a single vineyard, hand-harvested in one early morning pick. From there, the w**emakers threw out the rulebook and used their own techniques to craft three completely different, small-batch w**es. With every vineyard variable held constant, this rare experiment offers an extraordinary look inside the w**emaker’s mind.

This is your chance to taste all three challenge w**es completely blind, each paired with gourmet cheeses. You'll get to chat one-on-one with the w**emakers, debate their decisions, and vote for your favourite 🧀🥂
