This vintage was crafted from Perth Hills fruit that we hand-picked in the cool of the night to make sure we captured all the beautiful aromatics, and maintained the delicate acidity. This resulted in a wine that is packed with lively green apple and the perfect 'lemonade' zing that we love from this variety ✨
