Due to circumstances beyond our control, we now find ourselves in need of a Chef for our event at Carneys Creek in Eat Local Month, 20 & 21 June. Can anyone help?
We were running a tour of the property in conjunction with tastings of our products as hors d'oeuvres. We grow native foods and our products are: Pickled Warrigal Greens, Pickled Warrigal Greens & Macadamia Nut Pesto, Davidson's Plum Sauce, Pepperberry & Wattleseed Rub, and Wilde Dukkah.
