We use minimal yeast and rely on long, cold rises to d
evelop an authentic flavour. This artisanal process takes 24 hours from start to finish. Our bagels are made with simple, quality ingredients: water, yeast, salt, malt -- and the most important, of which is locally milled flour. We offer the following flavours: Plain, salty garlic, sesame, poppy, and everything (a mix of all of the flavours + onion!)
