We just want to say thank you for your support!
After years of serving you the best BBQ we could, we sadly have to share that last Sunday was our final day at Carrum Downs.
We were unexpectedly asked to leave on short notice, heart-wrenching given the incredible love and support Q Carrum Downs received from you all — which meant our team had to say goodbye far sooner than we ever imagined. While this chapter closes quicker than we expected, our hearts are full of gratitude.
From the bottom of our smoker-loving hearts, thank you for your support, your smiles, and your appetite for low-and-slow goodness. You’ve been part of our Q family, and we’ve loved every minute of it.
But don’t worry, this isn’t goodbye. We’re already working on coming back to the area with a place of our very own. It’s going to be bigger, better, and built to serve you exactly the way you deserve.
