Today through to Saturday, buy a kg for $15 and we will clean them for you while you wait, no extra charge.
If youd like to stock up, and have a go at cleaning them at home, pay just $12kg, 2kg for $20, 5kg for $35 or shout the neighbours and grab 10kg for $50. Please call the shop if you'd like to order some, or come on down and load up!

FLASHBACK to October 2020. Whole, gutted Pink Ling was flying out the door at $16.99 per kg.
Guess what?? 6 years later, we're smashing it.
This Friday and Saturday, whole fresh Ling will be $15 per kg. We will fillet or cutlet while you wait, no extra charge. McLaughlin Consolidated Fishermen @ Melbourne Seafood Centre have loaded us up with 600kg for the weekend.
Caught down south off Tassie and in peak season now till November..

Ever wondered where our oyster shells go after they are shucked?

Our shells are diverted from landfill and get recycled and repurposed by OzFish , restoring essential shellfish reef habitat for fish in Port Phillip Bay – an ecosystem that once flourished.

The shells are collected, cured, washed and packed into structures called Robust Oyster Baskets (ROBs), then deployed at OzFish project sites in Mornington. The reefs provide ideal surfaces for native Flat Oysters (Ostrea angasi) to grow, and create more habitat for fish and the critters they feed on.

We aim to make sustainable choices wherever possible, finding ways to reduce waste and give back to the environment. Giving our oyster shells a second life is just one of the ways we’re putting that commitment into practice!

We’ve got some new ways to dress up your seafood

We’re now stocking Tim Jones range of small-batch vinegars, tonics and condiments, made in the Huon Valley with local Tasmanian fruit and traditional fermentation methods.

Their apple cider vinegars pair perfectly with our oysters (just 0.5–1mL per oyster is plenty), and can also be used with prawns, scallops, ceviche, crudo, grilled fish and dressings.

We’ve also got their Black Cherry Vincotto, Barrel Aged Maple Glaze and Honey Maple Glaze for adding a little sweetness, alongside their Resilience Tonic, Raspberry Shrub and Strawberry Hibiscus Shrub for a hit of acidity or diluted as a drink.

A few new favourite to explore, all made with quality Tasmanian ingredients.
