Caramel herd, breeding group for 2026. Kids due early June.
Pygmy goats in this group range from 31% to 70% Pygmy.
Generally The smaller they are the higher the % of Pygmy.
Make sure when purchasing Pygmy goats you ask what % they are. A good breeder will be able to answer this. Also ask to see registration papers of parents. 100% Pygmy goats are hard to get in Australia and very expensive ($4000 and up)
The majority of kids born this year will be 55% to 75% and will be available

Cupid 78% Pygmy buck has been joined with 8 grey Pygmy does who are 56-70%.
We have separated our herd into 3 groups this year for breeding, as we have three bucks.
Charlie spotty 79% buck is with the main herd 28 does who are 31-70%.
Chriso our caramel 60% pygmy buck is with 6 lovely caramel girls who are 31-70%.
I’m excited to see the results in 5 months.
