Make your homemade pizza extra fluffy and full of flavour with this easy dough recipe using Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder. Perfect for family dinners or a cosy night in! Recipe below ⬇️
Ingredients
2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder
1 tablespoon salt
5 cups plain flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of dried yeast
½ cup olive oil
Method
1. In a large bowl place the dried yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder, warm water and 2 cups of flour until well combined.
2. Cover with a towel and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
3. Add the olive oil and remaining 3 cups of flour to the dough, adding one cup at a time. If using a mixer, use the dough hook attachment to combine or you can bring together via hand. If the dough is too sticky add a pinch of flour to work with it.
4. Shape into a one large ball and cover with a towel and allow to rest for 1 hour.
5. Preheat oven to 175°C.
6. Divide the large dough ball into 2 large pizzas, rolling out to desired thickness. Cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
