RIP to Ado Campeol, "the father of Tiramisu" who has died aged 93. Thank you for giving us the gift of Tiramisu 🙏

Campeol was the owner of Le Beccherie, a restaurant in Treviso in northern Italy where Tiramisu was invented by his wife and a chef.

It has since become a staple of Italian cuisine, adapted by chefs worldwide.
