While schools enjoy a well-earned break, our team is busy behind the scenes getting ready for the term ahead!

During the holidays, our Operations Team and Chefs come together to plan, test, and refine the rotating menus across our Bain Marie sites. Making sure every dish hits the mark for flavour, quality, and practicality.

Here’s a sneak peek at some new items you’ll see in Term 2:

With Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea official day being Sunday, 31st May, Rory's Group Australia is here to help your workplace or school community come together, raise awareness, and make a difference.

We are offering a range of themed catering options designed to make hosting simple while contributing to a meaningful initiative, including:

Assorted Sweet Boxes
- Small (23 pieces) - $65
- Large (69 pieces) - $175
Featuring mini lemon-filled muffins, citrus tarts, Portuguese tarts, white chocolate and cheesecake Lindt balls

Scones Box (25 pieces) - $80
Served with lemon curd and cream

As part of this initiative, Rory’s Group Australia will donate 10% from every Assorted Sweet Box and Scones Box ordered to the Cancer Council. 💛

Our Lunch Kit Boxes are available through the Rory’s Catering Department and are perfect for individual staff meals when you need something convenient, fresh and ready to grab.

They’re ideal for:

This term, schools like Pedare Christian College and Saint Ignatius College ordered Lunch Kit Boxes to keep their teams well-fed during some very full days, and they were a hit!

This term, Rory and Louise (Managing Directors), along with Andrew, our Purchasing and Logistics Manager, travelled to Melbourne to attend the (NAFDA Foodservice) Members Conference and the launch of Best of the Best 2026.

The conference brought together NAFDA members from across the country. It was a valuable opportunity to reconnect with long-standing partners, build new relationships, and collaborate on the future of foodservice.

Events like these are an important way for our team to stay connected to the wider industry, strengthen partnerships, and continue delivering the best possible outcomes for the schools and communities we serve.

Harmony Week is a celebration of Australia’s cultural diversity, recognising the many backgrounds that make up our communities. Promoting inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone.

This year, Rory’s Group Australia was proud to support schools, including Concordia College and Hallett Cove R–12 School, by providing bespoke orange-sprinkled donuts, helping their communities celebrate together through the Harmony Week theme of orange 🧡.

These donuts were sourced locally and distributed on Thursday, 19 March, adding a sweet way for students and staff to come together and recognise the importance of inclusion and diversity within their school communities.

We’re proud to support moments like these that bring school communities together.
