Served alongside char grilled side grilled potatoes and butter fried baby carrots.
Served with home made blue cheese / chili sauce.
Omg. That sauce.
Omg that super tender Parwan Prime flank steak.
Sauced started on the Treager induction. Finished in the Masterbuilt charcoal grill.
Steak n veg cooked on the Masterbuilt.
A meal I will most definitely cook again.
