Typical applications include baking, confectionery, snack foods, frozen foods, dairy, meat and poultry, sauces and condiments. Products for the baking industry include Release Agents and Shortenings for bread, cakes, pies and biscuits; while products for the confectionery industry include highly specialized Glazes and Coatings used in the manufacture of starch moulded jellies, panned confectionery and chocolate. We also supply food grade lubricants suitable for a range of food processing and manufacturing applications.
