This is a workshop happening at The DAW Family Farm in Chidlow, in the Perth Hills.

You learn Ana's special way of making a beautiful and delicious bread and take some starter home to continue on with it!

This recipe can be used for gluten free bread too.

The workshop starts at 10, until 12.30, and it includes a stroll in the garden, and morning tea, while the dough rises.

Here at the Daw Family Farm, we teach how to make cheeses, bread, do gardening, explain how we have built our strawbale house with solar-passive design, and how we use energy healing in our everyday lives, and organise farm tours as well...

We are open from March to November, and welcome small groups. It remains intimate and friendly.
