Sometimes we must, grudgingly, leave our piece of paradise & head to the big smoke to gather supplies & materials. Today was that day!
What a good excuse to sit by the river, stop for an hour, admire the view & enjoy a fresh piece of local fresh fish for lunch Seafood. Oh, & when in Bundy, a bottle of Bundaberg softdrink seemed appropriate (& thirst quenching!) 🤤

Sweet chilli sauce ... homemade, no added sugar.

Did you know store bought sweet chilli sauce containers 64% sugar? That's ridulous!
Heres my first attempt at no-added-sugar sweet chilli sauce. Not bad if I say so myself. 🤤
