We had the absolute privilege of having some amazing volunteers from Rural Aid come out to our farm and lend us a hand! 🥰
From tiling and gardening to fencing and swinging gates, these incredible people tackled the jobs that always seem to get pushed to the bottom of the list because there’s always something more important to do.
And let me tell you… swinging gates are now officially one of the best things I’ve ever been blessed with! 😂🙌
We know how hard it can be for farmers to ask for help. We’re so used to just getting on with things and putting those little jobs aside. But these volunteers didn’t just offer us their time — they offered us their hands. Hands that helped take away some of the jobs that had been sitting there waiting for “one day.”

The little jobs you completed might seem small to some, but they mean the absolute world to us. You gave us more than a helping hand — you gave us time, support and a reminder that we’re not alone.
We’ve made the decision to start volunteering again ourselves, so we can pay it forward and give someone else the same helping hands that you so generously gave us.
