Last time we posted - we shared an old Chinchilla News clipping from the 2011 floods - little did we know what around the corner! 🌊

Sending our thoughts to the families and businesses impacted by the current flooding. Our lower building (CN office), is about 4 inches away from taking on water and will likely go through as the level continues to rise.

Thankfully we can still reach the b**r at this stage! 🍺 (laugh or cry right?!)

We’re uncovering so many old treasures while sorting through the space. Each piece has a story, and we can’t wait to share the heritage of this building — and everything that’s been hiding inside — with you.

Hope everyone had a relaxing and enjoyable time with loved ones. Brian got some new toys he’s been having fun with for Convent Brew Club (see pic)!

Enjoy the very last of the summer holidays this weekend - b**rs on Australia Day 🍺 and a freshly packed lunch for those teachers and students heading back to school 📚

Look forward to continue sharing our progress towards opening 🎉.

We’ve been quiet on socials, but definitely not in the background! Yet the age old question still remains - “So, when are you opening?” – we love the enthusiasm! ❤️

While we wish we were almost there, the truth is…we’re still a little while away from opening Mayne Street Brewing.

We’re deep in the build phase – restoring Chinchilla’s old newsroom into something truly special. There’s timber to lay, taps to install, and plenty more b**r to brew! 👷‍♂️🔨🍻

Tonight marks the launch of Convent Brew Club 2.0 — a passionate community of home brewers and b**r lovers who’ll now be meeting right here at Mayne Street Brewing. It’s been 3 years in the making, and we’re thrilled to provide the space where their next chapter begins.

If you’re a b**r-making enthusiast (or curious to become one), the Convent Brew Club is welcoming new members — though spots are limited. Send them a message directly to learn more and request to join their private group.

We’re all about supporting the craft and community behind great b**r — and this crew brings both in spades.
