The Black Stallion Nero d’Avola — Single Vineyard 2025🍷

Black plum, black cherry, and chocolate notes with a whisper of spice. Medium-bodied with silky tannins, made for food, and made to age. Pair it with a Prosciutto Pizza or Ragu for a perfect night in. 🍷

Named after my Grandfather’s legendary stock horse, this is a very personal project and the second release in an exciting journey exploring emerging Italian varieties. 🍷
