Honouring the Beef

At Rivermead Farms our values and beliefs are grounded in respect for the environment, the reduction of food waste and paying homage to the food we produce.

We live in times of plenty and because of this, nearly one third of all the food produced worldwide is wasted or lost. On an annual basis in Australia, over 4 million tonnes of food ends up as landfill, enough waste to fill 450,000 garbage trucks.

Here at Rivermead Farms, we are beef producers specialising in the production of grass fed F1 Wagyu beef, a high end product with great eating qualities. We are a small farm producer with approx. 100 breeding cows, turning out about 90 calves a year.
