Some very exciting news for The Junction,
we have a new chef in the kitchen!
Isabell has come on board and will be sending out our regular menu as well as filling the front fridge with delicious and nutritious take-home meals! Friday is the day to look out for these at this stage.
I'm so excited she has joined the team and we'll finally get this long-dreamed-of project up and running ❤️ Welcome, Isabell!

I wish I had beautiful photos to share of our wonderful evening as part of the inaugural Winter Lantern & Lights festival!
But alas we were absolutely run off our feet from the moment we opened our doors until we served our last meal and drink.
What an absolute success of a night and a real credit to the organisers. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work to get this up and running.
Apologies to everyone who missed out on our special offerings on the night, I simply misjudged how much demand there would be!
I'll definitely know better for next year, and the ragus and tiramisu will pop up over the next few weeks in the take-home fridge, so keep an eye out.
A big thanks to everyone who came into The Junction to share in this special night, we really appreciate it.
And a big thanks also to our music man on the verandah! I didn't get to come and watch you perform, but the snippets I heard from the kitchen fed my soul 🥰
