Hi guys, Just a quick note..
We’re running slightly reduced office hours this week, with the office open 9am–3pm.

But it’s business as usual out on farm — AI, dehorning, freeze branding and semen / merch deliveries are all running as normal. 🐄

Need to get hold of us before 9am and after 3pm? No worries! Give us a call and you’ll still get Jo on the other end. 📞

Liz took the day off work and celebrated her birthday on Friday… without us! …rude! 😂

So, seeing as she missed out on a work birthday celebration, we thought we’d make up for it today with a bit of cake. Because let’s be honest, any excuse for cake will do! 🍰

Another great post from Heytesbury Stockfeeds Pty Ltd! 📸

Photos from out and about while working — and I must admit, I wasn’t quite sure what I was going to get sent… but these are pretty bloody good! 😂

A bit of everything… dogs (no surprise there 🐶), AI, cows in the yards, ultrasound pregnancy testing, beautiful sunrises 🌅, Maccas runs because of course! 🍔🍟, and even a smiling camel! 🐪😆

Nice to have a bit of variety! Although obviously, the office ladies don’t get up early enough for the sunrise photos… and some are already dreaming about their next holiday! 😂✈️☕️

And of course, Cooper had to make an appearance! 🐶😂

👨‍🌾🐄 HAPPY BELATED FATHER’S DAY! 🐄👨‍🌾

We might be a day late… but when you’re working around cows, we reckon you’re allowed a bit of leeway! 😂

From the team at Cobden AB, a big Happy Father’s Day to all the farming and non farming dads, grandads and father figures out there!

The ones who taught us how to back a trailer, fix something with fencing wire, get a stubborn cow moving… and, of course, how to tell a story that somehow gets longer every time! 😂

Whether you’re up before the sun, checking cows, fixing machinery, or wondering why the kids haven’t put the tools back where they belong — we hope you got to put your feet up for at least five minutes! 🍻

Here’s to the dads who keep the farm moving and the next generation learning. 💙

Today we farewell Mike from LIC New Zealand, who came over to lend a hand during our busy season.

Earlier in the season, we also said farewell to Kev, who unfortunately had to head home due to personal reasons.

A BIG thank you to both of these fantastic techs for jumping straight in and becoming such a great addition to the Cobden AB team. We’ve really appreciated having you both on board! 👌

All the best for the season ahead back in New Zealand — we hope it’s a cracker! 🇳🇿

🔥 WARHEADS SOUR LOLLY CHALLENGE! 🔥

😂🍭 IN HINDSIGHT… THE REAL CHALLENGE WAS OPENING THE PACKETS! 🤣

Those Warheads had some seriously tough packaging! 💪😂
Maybe we picked the wrong challenge?! Challenge #4: Packet Opening Championship! 😂

But once we finally got them open… 🤢💥 THINGS GOT SOUR!

Random flavour. No warning. Big confidence. 😂

Some started out STRONG… 💪
Then the sour hit and the willpower disappeared quicker than the wrappers! 🤣

A few accidental spit-outs may have occurred… and somehow the floor ended up participating too! 😂😂
