AN UPDATE FROM TRADERNE
Meet our Executive Chef, Janos Roman.
With experience across Michelin starred kitchens and a decade at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and The Fat Duck, Janos brings a level of craft that underpins everything we’re creating.
From the beginning, our mission has been simple: thoughtful service, a warm atmosphere and food that’s expressive, considered and memorable.
Traderne will also be a place to share knowledge, with future seminars and guest chef collaborations that give young cooks the chance to learn from leading talent here and abroad. Originally set to open in September 2025, Traderne will now open in 2026.
Eight months into development, the creative process is in full swing and we’re taking the time needed to refine a style that feels true to our vision.
Early next year, Janos will begin recruiting our front of house and kitchen teams.
Thank you to everyone who has enquired or joined our Chef’s Tables. These sessions have helped us test, refine and shape the dishes that will define our menu.
We’ve never aimed to create a restaurant that stands still. Constant evolution is part of who we are, and we can’t wait to welcome you into that experience in 2026.
In the meantime, private events continue to keep us busy, with limited dates left for November and December and bookings now open for next year. If you’re after a unique 40 seat venue, we’d love to host you for your next event
