Working in coffee can take you to a mountain in the middle of Colombia, and other times it can take you to incredible places like Bangkok.

This year we had the chance to be part of World of Coffee Bangkok 2026 — the biggest coffee convention in Asia. We love sharing what we do, meeting people from around the world, and seeing the different ways coffee connects cultures and communities.

Very grateful to share a little piece of El Parche in this part of the world ❤️

When we started El Parche, it was small. Really small.

Now, out of 8,500 small businesses across Australia… we’ve made it as finalists in the Small Business Champions Awards.

Honestly, it’s pretty crazy to see El Parche in there.

But at the same time, I believe this is what happens when you care about what you do, every single day.
Good coffee, good people, and a community that keeps showing up.

When we first started El Parche in 2020, it was just a small online operation.

We cupped around 100 coffees from across Latin America to choose the first four we would offer. One of them was from Guatemala.

What caught our attention was the structure and the clarity in the cup. Clean, balanced, and incredibly easy to drink.

Since then, Guatemalan coffees have been part of our lineup every year, and little by little we’ve been bringing more of them to the roastery.

This year, it’s a pleasure to introduce Santa Clara Estate again to the El Parche lineup. ☕🇬🇹
