Wilder Lazo is back at El Parche, with another incredible coffee.

Since 2021, when El Parche was just a little startup, we’ve had this idea of building real relationships with coffee growers, learning about their work, and having the opportunity to bring their coffees all the way to Melbourne.

Wilder was one of the first ones we started this journey with. Over the years, we’ve continued buying and supporting his coffees, but more importantly, we’ve built a friendship along the way.

Today, Wilder’s name and his coffees are all around the world, and it makes us very happy to continue having his coffees at El Parche and sharing them with you here in Melbourne.

Working in coffee can take you to a mountain in the middle of Colombia, and other times it can take you to incredible places like Bangkok.

This year we had the chance to be part of World of Coffee Bangkok 2026 — the biggest coffee convention in Asia. We love sharing what we do, meeting people from around the world, and seeing the different ways coffee connects cultures and communities.

Very grateful to share a little piece of El Parche in this part of the world ❤️
