NEW PRODUCT ALERT 🔔

70% dark organic choc chips!!!

3 cups almond meal
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup maple
1/2 cup choc chips (or just measure with your heart 🤎)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Cinnamon and nutmeg

🍪 Preheat the oven to 150.

🍪 Mix everything together in one bowl.

🍪 Form walnut-sized bikkies on a lined baking tray.

🍪 Bake for 20 mins. Makes 30.

BLUEBERRY GUMMIES 🫐

1 cup Complete Health organic blueberry juice
2 Tbsp Nutra Naturals gelatin pwd (3 Tbsp if you prefer a firmer gummy)

1. Combine the juice and gelatin in a small saucepan and leave to sit for 5 mins.
2. Turn the heat on as low as possible. Slowly stir the mixture without letting it bubble. The goal is to simply melt the mixture back to a liquid state so it’s not gritty .
3. Place silicone ice cube moulds (or a mini silicone muffin tray) onto a chopping board and pour in mixture. Carefully transfer to the fridge to set. After about half an hour or once set, place gummies in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
