Rowlands Park Holsteins is a family owned and operated dairy farm located near Cohuna, Northwest Victoria.

Rowlands Park is a stud Holstein, family operation focused on genetics and animal wellbeing. Currently milking around 400 cows and running 350 head of young stock supported by a second fodder and turnout farm. Operating out of a rotary dairy, calving is split autumn and spring. Emphases on breeding quality cattle through artificial insemination and embryo transfer programs is a key driver of the operations.
Additionally, further focus is placed on keeping animals fully fed and in the best condition. Moreover, the business is sufficient in undertaking majority of their own cropping and harvesting practices such as discing, mowing, sowing, spraying and baling. If you are passionate about animal husbandry, genetics, quality cattle and farming this is the position for you.

We're after a passionate individual who has a strong work ethic and thrives working both individually and part of a team. Exceptional animal husbandry, great communication skills and an ability to follow instructions are highly valued. An exceptional level of animal husbandry skills, passion and enthusiasm about your work, care and respect for machinery and a willingness to learn are respected. Experience with dairy cattle or livestock handing is preferred and a valid drives licence will be required.

These tasks will be catered to the individuals' skills, ability and passions. This may include but are not limited to;
- Assisting with milking procedures
- Feeding dairy cattle
- Pasture rotations
- Flood irrigation
- Maintaining a clean and organised farming environment
- Performing general farm maintenance tasks (e.g. Fencing, machinery maintenance)
- Assisting with other farm duties assigned by farm manager
