I’ve been informed today that the Bannockburn Farmers Market has been cancelled due to tomorrow’s bad weather. There is supposed to be high winds so the organisers are taking precautions. If you require any of our great tasting cordials give me a call on 0403 835 100.

The Spill
The start of a new month and spring is in air. The farmers markets are starting to ramp up with the ones that have a break over winter starting their seasons.
The markets we will be attending are -
Bannockburn Saturday 5th
Ballarat Saturday 12th
Ocean Grove Saturday 19th
Ballarat Saturday 26th
Queenscliffe Sunday 27th

Next month will see even more markets can online that we will be at.
If the weather is nice on Friday the 11th we will be set up with tasting at Colac IGA who stock our cordial.

This month is the month when Colac Aerated Water was purchased by the Hay family in 1918. I want to celebrate this by giving away a box of cordial at each market. So if you would like to win a box of cordial (your choice of flavours) all you need to do is fill out a form with your name and email address.
I will notify the winner and also post it online.

I would like to thank everyone for their ongoing support also the retail outlets that stock my products.

We have a big weekend coming up with it starting in Ballarat on Saturday and the Otway Winter Festival on Sunday.
The Ballarat market is at the Showgrounds and it runs from 10am to 1pm.
The Otway Winter festival is at the Colac Showgrounds and it runs from 10am to 3pm. So come along and support a great cause.

The Spill
It’s that time again, start of another busy month. All set up in Bannockburn today and a beautiful winters day it is. With the weather starting to improve, there will be an increase to the number of markets we will be attending. Speaking of markets, below is what we will be at this month.
Bannockburn Saturday 1st Aug
Ballarat - Saturday 8th Aug
Otway Winter Festival - 9th Aug (Colac Showgrounds)
Ocean Grove - 15th Aug
Ballarat - 22nd Aug

Two of our flavours are good mixers. If you use Lychee or Elderflower and add some sparkling water plus a splash of vodka. I’ve tried it and it’s very tasty but remember to drink responsibly.
Only a small newsletter this month but will have more to report next month.
