With the weather getting better, the seasonal markets are all starting back up. This weekend is the beginning. Saturday starts off with us going to the Ocean Grove market then Sunday we head back to Drysdale for the first time. They are both very good markets and worth have a look at if you’re in the area. Come and pick up some Hays Cordial while looking around.

Unfortunately the weather Gods were against us today as the Bannockburn market was cancelled.
Tomorrow is a different day and we will be at Winchelsea for the first time in a couple of years. So if you missed out at Bannockburn come to Winchelsea and have a look around. Remember to come and see us and try any of our 14 different flavours.

The Mix
The weather is slowly improving and the seasonal markets are starting.
So will give you the markets we will be attending in October.
Bannockburn Saturday 3rd
Winchelsea Sunday 4th
Ballarat Saturday 10th
Ocean Grove Saturday 17th
Drysdale Sunday 18th
Ballarat Saturday 24th
Queenscliff Sunday 25th

You may have noticed the Winchelsea market that we will be at for the first time in a few years.
I finish with a recipe.
Raspberry Collins
A fruity variation on the Tom Collins using Hays Raspberry Cordial.
Ingredients
- 60ml of gin
- 40ml of Hays Raspberry Cordial
- Soda Water
- Garnish with fresh strawberries
Method
- Shake gin, raspberry cordial with ice. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
Enjoy.
