The Spill
Another month has passed us by and how quickly does this happen. I’m a couple of days late with this newsletter but as I said “how time flies”.
We attended 5 markets last month and there is another 2 markets that have finished until September. The markets at Birregurra and Queenscliffe are the 2 that have finished. We also have finished at Torquay until September.
We have some good news and also some bad news. Firstly we will be going to the market in Ballarat which is very exciting and looking forward to it. On a sad note the market at the Geelong waterfront is finishing but it’s hoped that this will be only for a short period.

The Spill
We had a busy last month, attending a total of 6 markets with a high attendance, which kept us fairly busy. Notably, we attended the Drysdale Community Market for the first time, which has concluded its season. Additionally, two more markets will be wrapping up this month.

Our upcoming market schedule includes:

Geelong Waterfront on 3/5
Birregurra on 10/5
Torquay on 24/5
Queenscliffe on 25/5

The Birregurra and Queenscliffe markets will also be taking a winter break.

We would like to share a refreshing recipe with you: Elderflower and Prosecco.
The ingredients are:
4 tablespoons elderflower syrup
7 fl oz Prosecco
5 fl oz mineral water or club soda or seltzer
a handful of mint leaves (optional)
lime slices (optional)
ice cubes (optional)
The last 2 are optional
