portive of one another, and share our knowledge of cake decorating to help everyone improve and gain new skills. Come and try us out. Workshops cost $20+ each time. And you do need to provide your own tools and icing. Workshops and requirements change each time, and a list will be provided if you wish to come along. You dont need to officially join and can still learn. "Cake Decorators Association of Victoria (CDAV) was founded in 1980 to allow people from across Victoria to share there cake knowledge and gain new skills. Workshops and demonstrations are held across Victoria every week. With branches in Ballarat, Beaconsfield, Bendigo, Colac, Diamond Valley, Echuca, Frankston, Goulburn Valley, Hamilton, Hopetoun, Horsham, Leongatha, Mildura, Rowville, Sunbury, Swan Hill, Traralgon, Wangaratta, Warragul, Westgate and Wodonga. Yearly membership is very cheap and once you are a member of CDAV you are welcome to attend any of these branches and participate in there workshops or demonstrations.
