We’ll be at the Fireside Wine Trail on Saturday 27 June 🔥

For one night, 26 Yarra Valley wineries come together at six local venues. You'll find us pouring wines alongside producers from across the region at Four Pillars Gin Distillery.

Tickets include unlimited tastings, a souvenir glass and a hop-on, hop-off shuttle to move between venues. It’s a relaxed way to spend a winter evening exploring what the region has to offer, with plenty of food, music and a warm winter atmosphere.

An evening at Punt Road looks a little different in winter. On Saturday 13 June, the cellar door opens after dark as the starting point for our progressive Gathered by the Fire feast, created with Meletos for Fireside Yarra Valley.

Begin with a Punt Road wine tasting and roaming canapés before moving through to Meletos for an evening of live fire cooking and grazing dishes served straight from the coals. Finish with a mulled Napoleone cider by the fire pit.

The Airlie Bank vineyard has called Punt Road home since the 1850s, just down the road from where the Tigers have played for just as long. Same road, same roots and a partnership that felt long overdue.

Two reds that work beautifully whatever the weather.

Pour them by the fire when the evening cools, or give them a light chill for a warm afternoon. Punt Road Wines Gamay brings silky red fruit, spice and savoury length, while Airlie Bank Gamay Grenache is bright, juicy and made for easy drinking.

Both are versatile, medium-bodied reds that sit comfortably between the freshness of Pinot Noir and the generosity of Shiraz.
