Converting an old wool depot into a brewery, restaurant and bar, they launched Coldstream Brewery in 2007 with a Czech Pilsner and a cider. Since then the range has expanded to include four beers and two ciders. Today, with business booming, brewing operations have been moved to offsite, but the original Coldstream Brewery, at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, is still a destination for those who have an appreciation for fine flavours and great beer and cider.
