‘26 SPRING RELEASE - TASTING WEEKEND

Twice a year we open the production floor and pour the new vintage for anyone who wants to taste it. This Spring Release includes 7 terrific w**es, including two new Chardonnays and the return of Pinot Noir One!

🏟️ GRAND FINAL TRADING

Out Tasting Room will be closed for the Friday Grand Final public holiday. But for those in the Valley over the long weekend, we’ll be operating normal trading hours for Saturday and Sunday, so please stop in for a tasting.

It’s a tough gig, tasting through the new release w**e. But hey, someone’s got to make sure the tasting notes are on point. Safe to say, Spring ‘26 is looking very promising so far.

Blind tastings have a way of humbling everyone - including us.

So we were pretty chuffed to hear that our Pinot Noir Four 2018 held its own alongside some serious company, even coming out as W**e of the Night, with more than one taster picking it for an aged Burgundy.

We’re genuinely honoured to be poured alongside w**es like these, let alone mistaken for one.

Winter = quiet vines, busy w**ery ❄️

When we’re not out pruning, there’s plenty happening inside - bottling, labelling, checking in on w**e still resting in barrel. Every stage handled by hand, by the same small team that tends the vines.

Handcrafted doesn’t stop at the vineyard gate.

One photo. That’s all that made it out of last night’s dinner at Al Dente Enoteca .

The spaghetti alla chitarra deserved it. So did the scallops, the duck breast (Mark’s favourite), and the bottles we opened with friends - including bottle of 2019 Whole Bunch Shiraz.

But with friends, food and w**e so good, how can you help but live in the moment?
