Ok 👌 Barley is officially in the shed !! It seems like it took forever to dry. This Barley mix contains a fair bit of Tolga Rhodes as we got very late frosts this year $15.40inc
We also have a very limited number of Lucerne seconds , so unfortunately they will be limited to 10 as we have so many chasing it $16.50 inc .

Another cool start today, although not as cold as the other day the frost was heavier this morning, we had a baler hiccup last night so it spent its first night in the elements
And everything was white with ice 🧊 even the few bales before the hiccup had ice on them …
Hopefully everything goes smoothly tonight 🤞🤞

Haven’t had a lot of hay making Lately due to the weather …..But this week we have cut lucerne ( will be sold as seconds) and we also have our first patch of our Barley mix on the ground.
Our product assurance team have given it the thumbs up 👍 👍
I will put up a post when it’s baled and in the shed …. NO Holds
Will price after it’s baled !!
Have learnt the hard way so that’s why we don’t make promises
