Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of sponsoring Asado’s Gill to Grill event, bringing some of Australia’s finest seafood to the table for a five-course, fire-fuelled feast put together by Chefs Camillo and Saloni.

We’ve been supplying the Asado crew for almost four years now. What started with one of Oliver Gould’s venues has since grown to five, all of which we’re proud to supply.

It’s always a pleasure working with the whole team, especially when we get to see our seafood put to work like this.

Big thanks to the Asado crew for having us along. Here’s to plenty more good fish, good food and good times together.

A staple at The Pontian Club

Yellowtail Kingfish from the Eyre Peninsula in Spencer Gulf, SA, served simply with lemon dressing, capers, chilli and thyme.

We’ve been supplying Arvin and Oscar since they opened the doors in June 2025, but the connection goes back a little further. Oscar went to school with our very own Bill, so working together has always felt pretty natural.

Good fish, good people. Just how we like it.
