This year Dad doesn’t need another mug. He needs a snack. Make this 5-minute breakfast jar for Father's Day with us.

Ingredients:
½ Cup Macadamia & Almond Keto Granola
1 Tbsp Omega Seed Mix
1 Tbsp Activated Almonds, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Macadamia Nut Butter
½ Cup Fresh Berries
½ Cup Milk of your choice
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Cacao Nibs
1 Tsp Antioxidant Super Blend

Method:
Add the Macadamia & Almond Keto Granola, Omega Seed Mix, Activated Almonds and Macadamia Nut Butter to a jar. Pour over the milk and gently stir to combine. Top with Fresh Berries and a little extra Macadamia & Almond Keto Granola, then finish with a drizzle of Honey, Cacao Nibs and Antioxidant Super Blend.

Easy, delicious and ready in five minutes. 🫶

Greek Yogurt, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars 🤤

Recipe by nanatastycom

Ingredients:
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, until edges are golden 5. and center is set.
6. Let cool before slicing into bars (the hardest part—trust me!)

Try this yummy, easy, protein rich quinoa salad 🥗

Recipe by

* 250g tricolour quinoa (regular white quinoa is great also)
* 1/2 large cucumber, diced
* 120g cherry tomatoes, quartered
* 1 red onion, chopped
* 90g pitted olives
* 100g feta, cubed
* 1 tbsp capers
* 50g dill, chopped

Dressing
* 50 ml olive oil
* Juice of 1/2 lemon
* Salt, pepper to taste
