As the cold weather sets in our honey will start to crystallize, this is completely natural, many people enjoy this but some prefer smooth. If your in the later group you can warm your honey by sitting the jar or tub in a sink/ bowl of warm water and they will dissolve.
Either way it still good ti eat and tastes great as always.

We will be at the Colo Heights Market Day on Saturday with fresh honey straight from our hives.

This year the kids are also bringing some plants and I have heaps of horse gear too.

There will be hot food, cakes and coffee along with a laid back country community feel 🤩
all fundraising towards the Colo Heights primary school (cake stand) and the Colo heights progress association (stalls and hot food) to put back into our little community.

Fantastic to see my Brother Adrian’s honey in the Western district produce display at the Sydney Easter show which is featuring bees and pollination
