Come and Meet Matt from Stellar Spirits 🌿

Named after the Norse trickster god, this naturally coloured absinthe brings together liquorice and anise sweetness, wormwood bitterness and fresh mint notes.

Serve diluted at least 50:50 with ice water, adding more water if preferred. Like it sweeter? Add a sugar cube to taste.

$45 per bottle | 69% ABV

Come sample and take away FÁFNIR from Stellar Spirits ! A dragonfruit, forest berry, maple and chilli schnapps named after the dragon of Norse legend.

Warm and fruity, with a little sweetness from fruit and organic maple syrup, followed by a lingering kick from habanero, bird’s eye, red jalapeño and a touch of Carolina Reaper. 🌶️

🔥 Heat: approximately 4/10
🥃 Dry to semi-sweet | 55% ABV

From 4:00pm till 9:00pm tonight we’ll be sharing good vibes, good tunes and of course good spirits. 🥃😄👍

It was nice to have the space to spend time with other Mead Makers and Distillers. Sharing samples and tips, we a chuffed to be apart of that community 😄👌

The first Full moon following the Winter Solstice, marks the Lunisolar New Year. 🌝💫

The cleansing period is now complete and the year begins anew. 🌞

Our Ritual and Feast last night, designated the Lunar Grove as a future sacred space and also welcomed the long awaited offering “BALDUR Fortified Mead” back in stock 😊👍
