Here’s how 👇🏻

1x Chicken breast
4x Bacon
400g pasta
1x onion
2tblsp Basil Pesto

Method:

Poach the chicken with the onion in boiling water for between 8-12 minutes.

Remove chicken from the water and cook that pasta.

Dice the bacon and fry. Deglaze the pan with the pasta/ chicken stock.

Add in the chicken and the Pesto and stir well adding small amounts of pasta water to make a sauce.

Add the pasta and toss well.

Here’s how👇🏻
Ingredients:
Cherry tomatoes
Mozzerlla pearls
250g linguine
Olive oil
Vinegar
Crush Pesto - Basil 2tblsp

Method:

Slice up your tomatoes and season with the olive, vinegar and salt and pepper.

Fry in a pan, add your pesto.

Throw in your pasta cooked with a few Tblsps of pasta water.

Mix well and then add your sliced mozzeralla.

Serve. Feeds 2. Enjoy.
