Jon caught up with Hannah Walker, manager at Mooresprings in Bibbenluke, right at the start of winter. 🐑

Hannah runs a prime lamb enterprise with Willows maternal composite ewes and speaks to the hardiness of the breed heading into what she expected to be a tough season. As we near the end of winter, it's turned out to be a mild one, but a good reminder of why hardiness matters when conditions are tough.
