📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL OUR GUESTS 🏡 In relation to the latest release of Airbnb’s new policy:

We would like to remind all guests that washing the dishes you use is a requirement of staying at our property. 🧼🍽️

Leaving dirty dishes behind doesn’t just look untidy — they can leave unpleasant smells, create hygiene issues and attract ants and other unwanted pests. As we are located in rural NSW, ants and other insects are an ongoing challenge, and leaving food scraps and dirty dishes sitting around only makes the problem worse.

We work hard to keep our property clean, fresh, hygienic and comfortable for every guest. We believe it is simply a matter of common courtesy and respect to wash the dishes you use rather than leave the mess for someone else to deal with.

Guests who repeatedly fail to respect this requirement may be asked not to return to our property for future stays.

This is not about asking guests to do anything unreasonable. It is about basic cleanliness, respect for our property and consideration for the guests who stay after you.

A little courtesy goes a long way! ❤️

✅ Wash the dishes you use. ✅ Clean up food scraps and spills. ✅ Leave the kitchen clean and tidy for the next guests.

It feels like we blinked and suddenly October is just around the corner!😱

As the warmer months approach we are preparing for the reopening of the pool ☀️
Here are a couple of important reminders for all guests:

🚨 IMPORTANT POOL SAFETY & HYGIENE WARNING🚨

For the safety and wellbeing of ALL guests, the following rules apply to our pool area:

🚫 NO GLASS

Glass is strictly prohibited in or around the pool area.

If glass enters the pool, the pool must be immediately closed. We cannot simply remove the pieces we can see and assume it is safe. Tiny shards can be almost impossible to detect and may spread across the pool floor.

The pool may need to be completely emptied, thoroughly cleaned and inspected, refilled and chemically rebalanced before it can safely reopen.

This is a significant process and can result in the pool being unavailable to guests for an extended period.

🚫 NO FOOD OR DRINKS

Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool or pool area.

This is not simply about keeping the area tidy. Food, drink, spills and containers can introduce bacteria, contaminants and other substances into the pool, potentially affecting water quality and hygiene.

A contaminated pool may need to be closed, treated and retested before guests can safely return to the water.

🚫 NO DOGS OR OTHER PETS

Dogs and other pets are strictly prohibited in the pool area.

Animals can introduce hair, dirt, faecal matter, bacteria and other contaminants into the pool and surrounding area. Even a small amount of contamination can create a significant hygiene issue and may require the pool to be closed and treated.

⚠️ THESE RULES ARE IN PLACE FOR A REASON

We understand that these rules may seem strict, but pool safety and hygiene cannot be compromised.

A single incident involving glass, food, drinks or an animal can potentially result in the pool being closed while it is cleaned, treated and made safe again — affecting every guest who wants to use it.

Please follow the pool rules at all times.

🚫 No glass

🚫 No dogs or other pets

Thank you for helping us keep our pool safe, clean and hygienic for everyone — especially our children and families 💕

🌿 THERE’S A LOVELY ALTERNATIVE! 🌿

We absolutely want our guests to relax, enjoy a meal and have a refreshing beverage while staying with us.

That’s why we have a lovely grassed area just outside the pool area where you are welcome to sit, relax, enjoy your food and have a beverage. 🍔🥤☀️

It’s the perfect spot to keep an eye on the kids enjoying the pool while you sit back and enjoy yourself — without introducing food, drinks or glass into the pool environment.

We simply ask that all food and drinks remain in the designated grassed area and that no glass is brought into or around the pool area.

🐕 Dogs must also remain outside the pool area.

These rules allow everyone to enjoy the facilities while helping us maintain a safe, clean and hygienic swimming environment for all our guests.

Please help us keep our pool safe — and enjoy the beautiful grassed area for everything else! 🌿❤️

The paddocks are filling up with the sweetest little Black Angus calves, and every day seems to bring another new arrival. There’s nothing quite like seeing them finding their feet, sticking close to Mum, and enjoying their very first days on the farm.

We’re incredibly lucky to share our home with these beautiful animals, and while our guests get to enjoy the peaceful countryside, they may also be lucky enough to spot some of our newest little residents out in the paddocks. 🌾

🌧️ **A Little Rain Never Stopped a Camping Trip!**🏕️

We’re certainly grateful for the beautiful rain here at Coolac Cabins & Camping — the paddocks are loving it and everything is looking fresh and green! 💚🌱🐄

And the good news is… rainy days don’t mean you have to give up on camping!

Many of our powered sites are large and spacious with their own concrete slab, giving you a nice dry area outside your caravan — so you don’t have to spend your whole stay stepping through the mud. 🙌

Did we mention your caravan & car can stay hooked up for a much easier overnight stay ?

There’s something pretty special about being tucked up in the caravan, listening to the rain fall, enjoying the peaceful country surroundings. ☕🌧️

So pack the gumboots just in case, bring the caravan and come enjoy a cosy country stay with us.

Rain, hail or shine… there’s always a reason to visit Coolac! 🏕️🐄💚

Our Games/TV Room is currently out of use while we complete some renovations to make it even better for your next stay. We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to share the finished space with you!
