NEW RELEASE — GUM TREE HOLLOW

Introducing Gum Tree Hollow, our newest Native Australian Gin.

Classically styled and distinctly Australian, this premium gin brings warmth and comfort through subtle notes of native gum leaf varietals, boobialla and wattle seed.

Inspired by one of Australia’s most familiar sights; kookaburras nesting in the hollows of old gum trees. Gum Tree Hollow is a celebration of our native landscape, captured in a bottle.

Available for tasting and purchase, along with our full range, now @ our cellar door.
