It’s always a Wandaaaaa
In 2001 a hobby was expanded from the square garden backyard in Sydney to the sunny NSW South Coast town of Wandandian also known as by the locals “Wandy”.
Good old farming techniques that were brought over from the motherland in Eastern Europe are still being used to this day, with of course some slight improvements here and there along the way.
There is a connection between the farmers here and the land, as the soil is shoveled and weeds are plucked , garden beds racked , prepped and sown, and this is all done by the care of their hands.
The chickens provide a great source of manure and this is all used across the property in the gardens, and to feed the pastures and fruit trees.
