The slim gym spaghetti bolognese is not like other typical spaghetti bolognese. 🍝 First we use fun curly pasta but it also has fewer carbohydrates, is lower in calories, and has a very high fibre content.

The bolognese is made with heaps of meat containing almost 40g of protein. Lean beef is an excellent source of protein and rich in B vitamins, iron and Zinc.

There is over 11g of fibre in one serve of slim gym spaghetti bolognese, which is significantly higher than other large ready meal companies, which typically contain 1-4g of fibres. Fibre is helpful in making you feel fuller, longer and is also good for gut health.
