Home Block is where it all started for us - sixty-year-old vines, planted around the family home Pat bought when he moved to Coonawarra in 1989. It's the block Luke grew up in, pruning, lifting wires, learning every part of it.

This is the best of what that block can do. Made the way it's always been made, held back until it's ready, not before.

Because we believe some things are worth the wait. 🍷

We take w**e seriously here. We just don’t think that means always playing by the rules.

Méthode is where we experiment - follow an idea, test a theory, and occasionally make something simply because we think it could be delicious. Small batches, and the freedom to try styles that sit outside the traditional Coonawarra mould.

Terra rossa, sixty-year-old vines, and a family home just down the road.

Home Block is where it all started for us in 1998 - the first w**e Pat ever made under his own name. It's also the block Luke grew up in, pruning, lifting wires, learning every part of it.

This is Coonawarra Cabernet. Not the idea of it - the actual dirt.
