Apples:
100% Australian, sourced from around the Limestone Coast and Western Victoria
Bottling Analysis:
Alcohol 4.9%
Cider Style:
Balanced, fragrant and refreshing
Production:
The apples are crushed and cold pressed immediately to maximise flavour and preserve freshness. The juice is the fermented with Champagne yeast at low temperatures allowing a slow and controlled ferment. Once the cider has achieved the desired balance and flavour profile, it is chilled, filtered and bottled, capturing the natural crisp and refreshing taste of the first bite of an apple. Tasting Notes
Colour:
Pale with light green tinge
Aroma :
Unmistakably zesty apple, with hints of green apple candy and complex floral notes. Palate:
Intense and lifted apple flavour, intensifying quickly to a crisp and spritzy palate. The hint of sweetness is balanced perfectly with the fresh, crunchy acidity of an apple, that nature intended. Best served over ice, it leaves you refreshed and satisfied. Cidermaster: Luke Tocaciu
