The apples are crushed and cold pressed immediately to maximise flavour and preserve freshness. The juice is the fermented with Champagne yeast at low tempe
ratures allowing a slow and controlled ferment. Once the cider has achieved the desired balance and flavour profile, it is chilled, filtered and bottled, capturing the natural crisp and refreshing taste of the first bite of an apple. Tasting Notes
