Come and enjoy a truly local beer!

In collaboration with Cooran Organic Garden our Wet Hopped Mid-Amber Ale (ABV 3.6%) is on tap this Thursday!

Our popular Little Amber is back, but this time it uses fresh hop cones picked from the community garden situated across the road from the brewery, added in the whirlpool.

Keeping in theme with the garden's ethos, we paired the hops with organic base malts, with thanks to Shane at Wild Barrel

Being the first harvest, we bulked up the COG hops with fresh hop cones from Hilltop Hops Farm in Brizzy.

Proud to launch the Brit Hop Session English IPA, a collaboration Phil set up with his local brewery in Worcestershire last time he was home.

Featuring Olicana and East Kent Golding hops in a beautiful deep golden English Style IPA.

4% ABV, with a firm bitterness and full mouthfeel. Hop aromas and flavours of stonefruit, raisins and pipe to***co overlay English pale ale and crystal malts.

Finishes with a lingering bitterness and sweetness that play off each other.

This is where modern "craft" beers came from, and sometimes I'm not sure why we moved past it!
