This dish is India's take on the 15th-century Portuguese dish carne de vinha d'alhos.

Due to the scarcity of wine, locals used palm vinegar instead, in addition, they introduced new spices to the dish.

This dish is here to keep you warm as it cools down. Come experience it's unique taste.
