Our Rye and Carawhey loaves are back on deck this morning at The Fresh Market Warrnambool. Made with a blend of Wholegrain Milling Co. flour, caraway seeds and whey from Apostle Whey Cheese.

We're at The Fresh Market Warrnambool today and the sun is out!

Julian's brought all six styles of our Havarti-style cheese, there's camembert, our Bolte's Bonanza blue-vein cheese and both feta-style cheeses!

Let's not forget our unique gins which we reckon would make a great Father's Day gift 🙂

In this month's dairy farm life journal Julian reviews the winter season and previews what they'll be getting up to on the farm in the coming weeks.

Our region’s heavy clay soils can be challenging when the farm is wet in winter.

Cows can damage pastures - called pugging - when walking around the saturated paddocks searching for feed.

Julian explains in this month’s farm journal the steps they have taken to reduce pugging and maintain healthy pastures.

We're at the Ballarat Winter Festival today and Sunday at the Exchange in Lydiard Street.
