We’ve taken our 2025 Caribbean Stout, aged it on French oak and naturally re-fermented with Brettanomyces. Rich dark chocolate and roasted malt, gentle oak, dried fruit and an elegant layer of earthy complexity. Blended with our Hybrid Irish/oat Stout to bring balance, depth and a quietly dry, sophisticated finish. 6.66%abv
