What are you doing this weekend?
After the rain Thursday, it will be perfect weather for the weekend. Beautiful days, not so cold nights. The last few weeks of August will be perfect for cooking over a campfire.

With this in mind, we have so many cuts of meat ready to go in store. Think roasts, briskets, slow cooked casseroles…. Come and enjoy the last few weeks of colder weather before BBQ season begins!

We are also great at quick, fast meals. New in stock are delicious Pork Kievs with a cream cheese filling, meatloaf, sliced ham in convenient small packs for lunches and pre made beef stroganoff, chicken stir fry and lamb curry.

What’s new this week at the Wattle Butchery?

The weather is cold so there is nothing better than coming home to a hot roast. We have some beautiful Pork Loin roasts, perfectly small and perfect for two!

Sausages freshly made this week are:
🌭Cracked Pepper and Worcestershire
🌭 Roma Tomato and Caramelised Onion
🌭Steak, Onion and Gravy
🌭Mexican Jalapeño
🌭Thick and Thin Beef Sausages

We also have Ox Tails for soup (which have been frequently requested), Smoked shoulder hams and Meatloaf (pop in the oven and dinner is done!).

Kids are back at school and now is the perfect time to restock your freezer.

- Chicken Tenders are back in stock for an easy after school snack or quick dinner

- Beautiful, smoked shoulder hams, all made in house for kids school sandwiches

- Chicken Parmigiana’s in oven proof trays. Just pop in your oven and let it cook

- Butterflied legs of lamb- All the hard work done for you. Place in a tray and put in the oven with your veg!
