We’re big believers in preserving the ancient forest in which Yelin Forest Farm is nestled. Sadly, after last years ripper storm, this big ol gum had branches only on one side, meaning there was only one way direction she would fall… and it would be the end of our market garden shed!

Marlow was happy to supervise, ensuring all was in order and absolute frothing over the tools & machines as our legend of our neighbour brought her down 🫶🏼

We always repurpose trees, whether it’s as mulch for the garden, keeping the house warm, or building new structures or furniture so… thank you Pachamama for this big guardian of the land and for her final gifts ✨

We’ve been putting our new soil blocker to work, and it’s a game changer for our seed starting.
