Not something we see every day 🥩🐄

This week we did a service kill for a local dairy farmer - a dairy steer that dressed out at 320kg carcass weight. For context, a typical steer carcass sits around 200-280kg, so this fella was a unit. Good size of the T-bones coming off this one.

Bit of a reminder that alongside the shop, we also help local cattle farmers organise their own service kills - from arranging transport through to butchering it to their specs back here in Coraki.
