Those who know me know I can get a little distracted by shiny things at times, or perhaps due to my age ‘peri-moments’ is probably more accurate. Either way, I somehow ordered the wrong sized cups 🙄 so when life gives you small cups (🙊) you turn them into mini cheesecakes!!

Remember the good old Gypsy's Café days? The place you could satisfy your sweet tooth with one of our irresistibly creamy chilled cheesecakes or a perfectly fudgy, rich, chocolatey brownie? 🤤

Well... after three loooong years, the wait is almost over!

The cheesecakes and brownies you knew and loved at Gypsy's are making a comeback... plus a few delicious new additions!

Orders will be available by pre-arranged collection across many Northern Rivers communities, including Casino, Lismore, Coraki, Woodburn and surrounding villages.
📦 Brownies and Gourmet Biscuits will also be available for Australia-wide postage!

Pre-orders will be opening very soon, so keep an eye on this page for more info. Everything is made in small batches, meaning numbers will be strictly limited. You really won't want to miss out!
